What design software do your designers use?We mainly use Adobe products for our projects. However, for presentations and other similar work, we sometimes prefer to use Canva.

How Do I request the design?You can request the design request using Trello.

How many designs can I expect?You can add as many design requests as you want to your queue, and we will work on them one at a time, every business day. If you have more than one designer in your plan, we'll be able to work on multiple requests at the same time. If we don't get your design right the first time, that's okay - we offer unlimited revisions. To get the most out of your subscription, we recommend keeping your queue full. Alternatively, you can choose to have multiple subscriptions to increase your daily design output.

What happens if I do not like my design?If the design needs adjustments, your designer will be notified promptly and will make unlimited revisions until you're satisfied.

Is there any design that you don’t cover?We do not offer design services for 3D modeling, animated graphics such as GIFS, medical forms, and complex packaging.
